A 39-year-old Colton man was arrested early Saturday, Aug. 15, after authorities said they discovered him half-naked in the back seat of a car with a 16-year-old boy at a park in Loma Linda.
The teen also did not have his pants on, according to a news release from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
Martin Cervantes was arrested on suspicion of oral copulation with a minor, the release said.
Deputies patrolling Hulda Crooks Park discovered the pair about 1 a.m., the release said. Cervantes was booked at West Valley Detention Center. Bail was set at $250,000.
