On Saturday, November 7, 2015, at about 10:35 p.m., the victim Glenda Miller, a 62-year-old transient female, was stabbed to death in front of the Student Transportation of America bus company, located at 1989 Massachusetts Avenue. A subject was captured on surveillance cameras in the area of Downs Street and East La Cadena Drive shortly after the stabbing, and is a person of interest. This person is described as a White or Hispanic male in his twenties, 5’7” to 5’8” in height, 130 to 150 pounds in weight, short dark hair, last seen wearing black pants and a black sweatshirt or long sleeve shirt.
